Firearms Purchases

U Plus Guns and Knives welcomes the opportunity to help you find the perfect handgun or rifle for you needs and enjoyment. You are welcome to ask about our inventory and inquire if we can obtain the gun or knife you desire for purchase. 

All direct buyers/purchasers of firearms from U Plus Guns and Knives are required to pass a full background check with the NICS FBI Criminal Background System for compliance with AFT regulations. U Plus Guns and Knives is not responsible for the outcome of your background check. No firearms will be sold or surrendered to a buyer without a cleared and approved background check.

If desired, we will ship your purchase to any other FFL dealer of your choice. Shipping and handling fees will apply. These shipments are bounded or limited to the state laws governing the shipment of these items. Check your state's legal requirements prior to making a purchase or requesting a shipment. Please note that all firearms and knife sales are final. Once these items depart our premise they are considered “used.”

Firearms Transfer Services

U Plus Guns and Knives is an authorized FFL dealer. We can receive firearms purchased from other dealers. We will need a copy of the dealer’s Federal Firearms License, FFL, sent to us for verification. Upon verification we will initiate, begin, the paperwork with you as the recipient of the firearm. The minimal nonrefundable fee for this service is $35.00. 

Transferees are required to pass a full background check with the NICS FBI Criminal Background System for compliance with AFT regulations. As a result, no transfers or surrender of guns will occur if you are not approved by receiving a "Proceed" response from a NICS Search Request. U Plus Guns and Knives is not responsible for the outcome of your background search.

Notary Services

U Plus Notarizations provides mobile Notary Services to Atlanta, GA and its surrounding cities and counties. This includes but is not limited to Douglasville, Paulding, Cobb, Fulton and Dekalb.

Mobile Notary Services include the standard State of GA Notary fees plus a variable commute fee based on distance traveled from our office location to your destination.
